About Our Team

Mark Spielman and Thomas Thornton are both from Greensboro, North Carolina and alumni of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mark began his real estate career as an investor and it became quite obvious that there was a serious need for trustworthy, reliable and reasonable contractors. It took some time, but with a bit of encouragement Holladay Construction was formed. Thomas and Mark are great friends and make a great team. They are dedicated to their customers and believe in always doing quality work at a fair price. Holladay Construction prides itself on open lines of contact with their customers and getting back to their customers as quickly as they possibly can.
